There is a 3-hour per person minimum charge for residential clients and a 2-hour per person minimum charge for commercial accounts.

General Cleaning/ One time Cleaning rates

$30.00 per hour without supplies, $38.00 per hour with supplies

Commercial Rates

Without Supplies (Maximum 2 hours. For additional hour rate please call).

$54.25 per visits per man- 1-3 days per week

$34.75 per visits per man 4+ days per week

With Supplies add $3.25 per hour.
